The most important thing is re-install / update your video graphics driver!
First, detect your video card, then download proper driver
Select driver for download:
MSI GP66 Leopard 11UG-029au = Nvidia GeForce - ATI AMD Radeon - Intel HD Graphics
Now, if the new driver will NOT fix your screen issue, then you have to download and install all vcredists and other tools for your windows 10.
MSI GP66 Leopard 11UG-029au = This issue is happening only on windows 10!
It is very important to install all vcredists from 2005 to 2015...even to 2018.
Download link for all those vcredists from here.
Now your issue will be fixed! It worked perfectly for me!
